Yoga
THURSDAY, Grades K-5
Our Yoga Club develops focus, flexibility, strength, and coordination through a variety of yoga poses, stories and games. We move, we play, we sometimes dance and we always have fun. These classes enhance energy while also teaching children to feel calm and centered. Learn basic yoga movements in a fun, relaxed setting, doing your personal best in a non-competitive environment. Mats are provided each week, no need for your student to bring their own. Snacks are provided each week. Led by Woodlin parent and RYT 200 certified yoga instructor, Krista Mason.
Cost: $112
This class will meet from 3:35-4:35pm on the following Thursdays:

April 6, 20, 27
May 4, 11, 18, 25
NO CLASS on April 13
